Introduction Fee Eligibility
- The introduction fee will only be payable if the unique referral code is entered into the referred person’s Portal before exchange of contracts.
- If the referral code is not entered into the referred person’s QC file before contracts are exchanged, no introduction fee will be paid under any circumstances.
-
Responsibility for Code Registration
- It is the sole responsibility of the code generator to ensure that the unique referral code is shared and properly registered in the referred person’s Portal before exchange of contracts.
- The company will not be held liable for any failure to register the code or any delays in doing so.
-
How the Referral Program Works
- Log into a transaction that has both the Client Care Agreement and ID Checks completed.
- Agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Generate a unique referral code from the system. This will be valid for three months only starting with the date of generation.
- Share the unique referral code with the person you are referring.
- Once the referred person has instructed us and their transaction is up and running, they must enter the unique referral code into their Portal before exchange of contracts.
- After the referred person’s transaction has been completed, and all terms have been met, the introduction fee will be arranged and paid to the code generator.
-
Conditions for Payment
- The introduction fee will only be processed after the referred person’s transaction has been fully completed. The company reserves the right to verify compliance with all terms before payment.
- The Introduction Fee is £100 per registered referral code.
-
General Provisions
- This referral program is subject to additional internal policies and regulations of the company, which may be updated without prior notice.
- By participating in this program, both the code generator and referred person agree to these terms and conditions.
Please ensure all steps are followed to secure your Introduction fee. Any issues arising from failure to adhere to these requirements will not be the company’s responsibility.
