The legal aspects of buying a new build can be more complicated than for other types of property. We do not believe in a one size fits all approach and therefore assign all new build purchases to a specialist team that is overseen by experienced, qualified lawyers. 

Property lawyers working on new build purchases need to work quickly, due to the tight exchange deadlines imposed by developers. But, it is equally important to have an experienced lawyer capable of navigating through the various issues ranging from planning, to building regulations approvals and also the status of the estate roads and sewers.

You will need a lawyer that can review and advise you on vast amounts of paperwork in a clear, succinct and accessible manner.
