David, a Senior Director, and Solicitor, began his legal career at Nottingham University. Since becoming a solicitor in 1982, he's amassed vast experience across legal sectors, representing various clients including personal injury cases and professional athletes.
In 2010 he expanded his expertise into property law, assisting buyers and sellers in property transactions. At MJP Conveyancing, his role is multifaceted, managing daily operations and ensuring legal compliance while also overseeing the firm's IT usage for efficient client service delivery. His diverse skills and experiences make him an invaluable asset in the legal field.
Ben has close to a decade of experience in residential property and has been a qualified Solicitor since 2019. Ben graduated from the University of Warwick in 2014 with a First-Class degree in History, before converting to law with a Distinction in the GDL the following year.
Having trained and qualified as a Solicitor at MJP, Ben is now a Director of the firm and specialises in leasehold, shared ownership and new build transactions. Ben also plays a key role in training and recruitment.
Emma was promoted to the position of Director in 2022 having been a key member of the firm since joining in 2015. Emma qualified as a Solicitor in 2020 and has since been responsible for managing our Exchange and Completions Department. Since then, Emma has already helped thousands of clients successfully complete their transaction.
Emma is a local graduate, having completed her law degree at the University of East Anglia in 2015 and completing the Legal Practice Course part-time in Cambridge whilst working and training at MJP.
Caitlin began working with us in 2021 as part of our onboarding team and is now an Apprentice Solicitor/Assistant To The Compliance Officer. She has also worked as a Paralegal in our purchase team and is in charge of running all our company social media accounts. Caitlin has recently started a 6-year Solicitor apprenticeship.
Julie is our practice manager and has been with MJP since 2010. Julie oversees the running of the office and our accounts team.
Dominic is our Onboarding Manager. Dominic moved into Onboarding, Account Management, Sales and Business Development in 2004, starting by working his way up from a cold calling sales desk to management. Dominic has a strong business development history with a focus on long term business relationships and expanding business. Outside of work Dominic enjoys spending time with his family watching motorsport, horse racing, football, watching movies and going to the theatre. Dom also has a small Christmas tree plantation!
Toby is head of our reprographics department and is responsible for managing the import of all documents and correspondence into our bespoke conveyancing system.
Outside of work Toby is a keen football follower and enjoys visiting the coast and walking his dog.
Sian is an accounts executive in our accounts department, she has been with us since 2021 and has worked in the legal sector for the last 8 years.
Outside of work, Sian enjoys travelling and live music.
Laura works in our accounts team as one of our accounts executives.
Thomas is one our solicitors and is also supervisor of the purchase transaction legal team. Qualifying in 2016, Thomas joined us in 2019 having trained and qualified at law firms in the East of England. Thomas studied law at the University of Hertfordshire, graduating in 2012 with first class honours, before completing the Legal Practice Course in Cambridge with distinction. When not in the office, Thomas divides his time between his love of cricket, darts and walks in the countryside with his fiancée and their crazy dog Tilly.
Ellie began her training contract with us in September 2022 and is one of our trainee solicitors. Ellie studied law at the University Of East Anglia, she then completed her LPC with masters in Legal practice at the University Of Sheffield achieving a merit. Ellie moved back to Norwich and began working at MJP in January 2021. Ellie works in our purchase team but has also worked in our sales and post completion departments
Kaitlyn is one of our trainee solicitors and began her training contract with us in September 2022. Kaitlyn attended the University of Reading for her LLM and completed her LPC with the University Of Law.
In her spare time, Kaitlyn plays hockey and actually captained for her university team, she also spends time with her two puppies, cocker spaniel Frances and cockapoo Bella.
Kaitlyn also enjoys socialising with friends and going for drinks, her drink of choice is a gin and tonic.
Courtney is an Apprentice Solicitor who began her legal career with MJP in 2020. She obtained a certificate of higher education in law from The Open University in 2021. In 2024, she completed the CILEX paralegal apprenticeship and started the Solicitor apprenticeship with BPP University, aiming to qualify by 2028. Courtney is committed to advancing her legal career, consistently enhancing her skills and knowledge in conveyancing.
Tom comes from a background in the insurance industry having done this for 4 years. Tom came to MJP at the end of 2021 as a paralegal with a strong interest in the legal sector.
Alongside work, Tom is now undertaking a training qualification to become a licensed conveyancer.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys Fishing, skiing, watching live music and socialising with friends.
Charlotte joined MJP in 2016 and has worked across multiple departments including onboarding, head of our sales team and as assistant to our director. Charlotte currently works in our purchase team whilst also maintaining her long-standing role of Client Relations Manager. Charlotte is currently in the process of completing qualifications to become a Conveyancing Technician.
Phillippa attended the University of Essex and got an upper 2:1 in her law degree. She then went on to study her Legal Practice Course and Masters at the University of Law where she secured a Distinction and an overall average of 79% for her exam grades.
In her spare time, Phillippa plays football, regularly attends the gym and has a large aquarium at home.
Megan has been with us since 2021 and is a paralegal in our purchase team. Megan studied at the university of Lincoln and graduated in 2021 with a 2:1. Megan is beginning her course in July to become a solicitor.
Outside of work Megan enjoys visiting different cities and cross stitching.
Aedan is one of the paralegals in our post completions team.
Outside of work, Aedan enjoys playing golf and is a big football fan.
Victoria has been with us since 2021 and is a paralegal in our sales team, her role is progressing and assisting in sale transactions from initial instruction to when they are passed to our exchange and completion team.
Outside of work Victoria is a keen reader, her favourite author being Stephen King and has a collection of around 500 books!
Alex has been with us since 2021 and works in our post completion team as a paralegal. Alex is currently studying to be a trainee solicitor with the university of law, he also has a masters degree in international trade law from the University of East Anglia.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys travelling, playing music and is currently learning to play the violin.
Tiffany has been with us full-time since 2022. She is a paralegal in the sales team and also assists with the new business team. She graduated from the University of East Anglia with a 2:1 in Law. Moreover, she is currently studying part-time with the University of Law to become a trainee solicitor.
When not at work, Tiffany can be found experimenting with colourful makeup looks, planning her next holiday, watching ‘How I Met Your Mother’ on repeat, researching new restaurants and going to the cinema.
