MJP Conveyancing has been named Best in Postcode for NR1 at the 2026 ESTAS Awards.
The firm has also been shortlisted in the Conveyancers category for the East of England.
The team will be at Grosvenor House in London on Friday 16 October for this year’s ceremony.
It is a familiar trip. MJP has taken part every year since the very first ESTAS Conveyancer Awards in 2017. Every award it has won in that time has been decided by its clients.
Awards decided by clients
The ESTAS are different from most industry awards.
There is no entry form and no panel of judges. Winners are decided entirely by verified reviews from real clients, given after their move.
That means an ESTAS award cannot be won with a clever pitch. It is earned, one client at a time.
“Every award on our shelf has one thing in common,” says David Pett, Director and Senior Solicitor at MJP.
“Not one of them was chosen by a judging panel. Every single one was decided by our clients, and that is why they mean so much to us.”
A record going back to 2017
MJP was there from the start. At the first ESTAS Conveyancer Awards, held at Grosvenor House in October 2017, the firm won the East of England regional award and Best in County for Norfolk. Close to 800 of the 5,000 movers who gave feedback that year were MJP clients.
Since then, MJP’s clients have helped the firm to win:
- 2019: Gold, East of England, and Best in County, Norfolk
- 2021: Gold award, and Best in County, Norfolk
- 2023: Gold, East of England
- 2025: Gold, East of England; Best in County, Norfolk; Best in Postcode, NR1; and Bronze in the Grand Prix for Best Conveyancer Office in the United Kingdom
The 2025 Bronze was a particular highlight. It measured MJP against conveyancing offices across the whole of the United Kingdom. Like every ESTAS award, it was decided by client reviews.
