It’s that time of the year, the award season has commenced and it is with much delight that we have once again found ourselves on the shortlist for an ESTAS Conveyancing Award for ‘Regional Conveyancer of the Year’.

This follows success earlier in the year at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards where we won both the ‘Best Regional Conveyancer’ and the ‘Customer Service Award’. The ESTAS nomination is viewed in high regard by MJP and the conveyancing industry at large, not only is it by far the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry, it is the only one which awards based on client feedback.

This year with over 300 surveys completed, MJP Conveyancing received a client feedback score of over 90%. We are hoping for a repeat of last year’s success at the ESTAS when we received two Regional Conveyancing awards. The success of MJP lies in the use of modern technology in the provision of a transparent and fully client focused service. The business prides itself in offering clients a modern and innovative alternative to the traditional service offered by many other conveyancers.
